# Qonda Deploy

> Qonda Deploy promotes ArcGIS portal content across environments - a DTAP-style release pipeline - with version control, approval workflows, a mapping engine, and a complete deployment history. It works with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, and is available self-hosted (on-premise) or as a managed SaaS.

Qonda Deploy is built for GIS administrators and release managers who need controlled, auditable promotion of ArcGIS content between DEV, TEST, STAGING, and PROD environments. It is not a Git or CI/CD tool: ArcGIS portal items are live objects in a portal database, not files, so Qonda Deploy authenticates to each portal's REST API, captures immutable version snapshots, remaps environment-specific values (item IDs, service URLs, database connections), and republishes through the portal's native methods - including item types that require a Service Definition build. Operators never need portal admin credentials; each environment uses a single service account, and access within Qonda Deploy is role-based (Admin, Approver, Deployer). It supports both online and offline (air-gapped) multi-instance sync. Built by Ope Ltd.
